Another is Documents should be made in large font if a person is not blind but has trouble seeing normal print.
Third is JAWS. I have a friend who lost her sight when she was 5. She has always worked and talks to people on Facebook. JAWS is amazing, it reads the text/messages to her and when she is typing it reads it back to her.
One of the greatest resources is ADA which is the American Disabilities Act website. The Americans with Disabilities Act | ADA.gov . They provide a wealth of information for people with all kinds of disabilities. They also know where to refer you to if they can provide what you need.
